excellent position for exploring torquay's parks and landmarks
I had a fantastic stay with lovely hosts and a delicious breakfast that really set me up for exploring nearby attractions like Cary Gardens, just 500 meters away, and Torquay Harbour, which is only a short stroll of about 600 meters, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful views and landmarks of the area.

Clean, well-decorated rooms, welcoming atmosphere, convenient access to downtown.
Limited parking availability makes life more difficult with cars!!! The steep hill access creates problems, especially for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

I loved the comfy four poster bedroom and the delicious breakfast that kept us fueled all day. The cozy garden was a great spot to unwind after a long day, and the hot shower was just perfect. Just a heads up, the path to the entrance could use some brighter lights at night, but it didn’t take away from our stay! 🌟

missingWrote a review on Jul 02elegant roomdelicious breakfastlimited parking
The breakfast options include an impressive variety ranging from warm fry-ups to yogurts and cereals, making it a standout experience. Rooms feature unique touches, such as the four-poster bed in our accommodation, adding a touch of elegance and comfort.
While the central location is convenient, the steep hill leading to the hotel can be quite taxing on the legs, especially after a long day of exploring. Parking is a challenge with very limited spaces available, often requiring a walk to an offsite car park, which can be a hassle with luggage. the noise from water usage in nearby rooms created an annoying drone effect, particularly at night when revelers returned from pubs, making sleep difficult on weekends.
